Teenage writing competition awards
Venue : Kinsale Community School Main Hall
When : Tuesday 18th July 3.30pm; free
In conjunction with the anthology workshops, teenagers in Kinsale have had the opportunity to write about life in Kinsale, assisted through workshops hosted by Bernadette Leach.  This awards ceremony will include readings by the winners and prize-giving by Colin and Jacqui Hawkins.

The Waterworks Collection: Teenage Fashion Show
Venue : The Harpoon Room, Trident Hotel
When : Wednesday 19th July, 7.30pm; €10
Designer artists Flicky Howe and Diane Ryan have spent six months working with Kinsale teenagers to design and make fashion costumes, which will be presented in this full catwalk show and awards ceremony.The fashion show will open with a dance performance by Laura Murphy and John Hurley, both dancers from Kinsale.

Circus Workshops with Jeremy & Sabine James
Venue : Kinsale Further Education College, Bandon Road
When : Saturday 15th July Jul 2.30-5pm and Saturday 22nd July 4.00-6.30pm
With street performances on Sunday 23rd July 2.30pm; €15 per session

Pottery Workshops with Adrian Wistreich
Venue : Kinsale Pottery and Art School
When : Monday 17th –Wednesday 19th July, 10am – 12:30pm; €15/12 per session
Kinsale Pottery provides introductory classes for teenagers and adults.  These sessions will include a range of potting techniques such as throwing on the wheel and hand building using slab, coil and pinch methods. Those who can come back later will have a chance to decorate and glaze their work, and can collect it once fired. Price includes all materials.

Mosaic Workshops with Amelia Norman
Venue : Kinsale Pottery and Art School
When : Monday 17th – Friday 21st July, 2 – 4pm; €15/12 per session
Two-hour mosaic workshops for teenagers and adults.  Price includes all materials.

When : Monday 17th July; sessions 10-12noon, 1-3pm and Tuesday 18th July;10-12.30pm (including performance) €30 for all three sessions
Musical workshops with Ian Peaston and Christine Murdoch. For those who play an instrument and would like to create and perform their own music with others. Ian Peaston is the founder and leader of ensemble elúcian (elucian.com) and currently works as violinist and concertmaster in a number of Swedish and Danish orchestras.Workshop for teenagers and adults.
